We commenced operations in 1990 and were the first express logistics company in India to implement a network of entrepreneurs (Channel Partners) that operate TRACK N TRACE branded Customer Access Points. Our Channel Partners support us in building relationships, generating business and providing services to customers.
Today, the TRACK N TRACE brand has transformed from a home-grown courier, express and parcel company to a widely recognized express logistics player offering a wide range of integrated delivery solutions to retail customers and businesses. Our solutions range from traditional pick-up and delivery to integrated warehousing and order fulfilment allowing our customer optimise for time sensitivity and cost effectiveness.
In 2013, we entered into a strategic partnership with GeoPost, the express logistics arm of Le Group La Poste (La Poste). La Poste is a French state-owned global multi-business services group with extensive presence in France and globally and has a legacy of over 600 years. GeoPost operates the La Poste’s express activity globally, with its core business being express road transport parcel delivery. GeoPost has strong international presence, trading under its own name in 48 countries outside France.
We have been able to leverage the experience and business relationships of our Promoters to go beyond domestic offerings to establish a global presence and the ability to offer international cross-border services in key markets.
We began as a courier service in 1990, and have now evolved into an end-to-end express logistics player with solutions.
